Promotion conditions and rules for contests, review actions and giveaways

1. Win, review actions and giveaways are written by Marijn Vinzenz Lifestyle based in Leuvenheim. These terms and conditions apply to win, review and giveaways campaigns.

2. Participation in promotions is free. Participation takes place when you have sent an email with the requested information or, if applicable, completed a registration form, or if applicable, followed the right steps on our social media channels. From that moment on you have a chance to win.

3. Each participant can participate in an action once.

4. Participants are obliged to provide correct, up-to-date and complete information when participating in a win, review actions and giveaways.

5. Participants must comply with the Advertising Code Social Media

6. The duration of the action is indicated in the description of the action.

7. In order to participate, a participant must have a minimum age of 18 and be a resident in the Netherlands. All other participants are excluded from participation.

8. The winner’s draw will be random and impartial.

9. Winners will be informed personally within 5 working days after closing an action via the channel with which the promotion has been participated.

10. Marijn Vinzenz Lifestyle may, at its own discretion and without prior notice, change or adjust these terms and conditions during the promotional period, or change or modify the Promotion without giving any reason unless this leads to the disadvantage of the participant.

11. There will be no correspondence about results.

12. Prices are not exchangeable for money or other goods.

13. If a gambling tax has to be paid, Marijn Vinzenz Lifestyle will take care of this

14. Employees of Marijn Vinzenz Lifestyle are excluded from participation.

15. The personal data obtained in the context of promotions and review actions are only used by Marijn Vinzenz Lifestyle and are not provided to third parties.

16. In the cases where these conditions do not provide, a decision will be taken by Marijn Vinzenz Lifestyle.

17. Marijn Vinzenz Lifestyle acts with her actions in accordance with the Code of Conduct Promotional Games of Chance of 1 January 2014.

18. Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions.

19. Participants who do not meet the above conditions can be excluded from participation.
