A 14 day consideration period
How does this right for consideration period* work?
With a distance purchase you as a consumer have the right to a consideration period of 14 days, after receipt of the order. You return your order with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in original condition and packaging. We therefore always advise to carefully open the shipping box and original packing, so that you can use it again to return the order.
What does the approval period exactly mean?
During these 14 days you may view the product and possibly try as you would in a physical store. A canvas may be viewed, but may not be hung up.
How can I use the consideration period?
Do you regret your purchase or do you want to return a product for another reason within 14 days of receiving the order? Fill in the return form, you will receive an e-mail with the instructions for returning the product. It is not possible to return the order via the driver.
If you make use of the return right, you will receive the payment of the relevant order, including the shipping costs. We will wait with the refund until we have received the returned order or until you send a proof of shipment with a tracking number. The amount will be refunded in the same way as the original transaction was performed within 14 days. The costs for returning the order will not be reimbursed by us.
